OFFER PAYMENT
25% deposit is payable on booking
the balance shall be payable 6 weeks before commencement of rental ,
for bookings made less than 6 weeks before commencement the total fee
is payable.
Chequers Catering We have teamed up with Chequers, a local
catering company, to provide high quality menus for all main meals. All
you have to do is select your menu and send us the order, at least 14
days beforehand. Prices are inclusive of your own chef and waiting on staff. Download the menus and order forms here (in Word format):
CANCELLATION
Any
cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing
and addressed to Harthill Hall Bakewell Derbyshire DE45 1LH. On receipt
of notice of cancellation Harthill Hall will seek to re-let the cottage
for the period of the booking. If Harthill Hall succeeds in re-letting
the cottage for the whole period it shall refund all monies paid less
an administrative charge of £20+vat per booking. If we only succeed in
re-letting the cottage for part of the period booked we shall refund an
amount equal to the monies paid less (1) the rental for period which is
not re-let and (2) an administrative charge of £20+vat. If we are
unable to re-let the cottage at all then all monies paid by the client
shall be forfeited. We strongly recommend clients to take out
Cancellation Insurance. |
